Why Am I Receiving a Message About Reaching My Prescreen Limit? (iOS)
If you see a message about your remaining pre-screens in the Terros iPhone app, it means your Sunrun prescreen activity is being tracked against a weekly limit.
Weekly Prescreen Limit
In the current iOS app, the Sunrun prescreen flow tracks how many pre-screens you have completed against your weekly capacity.
After a successful pre-screen, the app can show a message like:
You have 20 of 50 pre-screens remaining
This message appears when your remaining pre-screens are down to a positive multiple of 5.
When the Message Appears
The current iOS app does not show the reminder after every pre-screen.
Instead, it shows the remaining-count message only when:
the pre-screen was successful
you still have pre-screens remaining
the remaining number is divisible by 5
For example, you may see an update when you have:
20remaining15remaining10remaining5remaining
If you reach 0 remaining, this specific reminder message does not appear.
90-Day Restriction
You also cannot pre-screen the same resident again within 90 days.

Things to Know
This article applies to the Sunrun pre-screen flow in Canvass.
The Pre-Screen action is only available when the resident has a first and last name.
If the resident email is invalid, the app blocks the pre-screen until the email is corrected or removed.
