App Lagging or Running Slow (iOS)
If the Terros iPhone app is lagging, freezing, or taking too long to respond, use these steps to narrow down the problem and try the fastest fixes first.
Identify the Problem
Before troubleshooting, take a moment to notice what is actually slow:
Is the issue happening on one specific screen or feature?
Does it happen during a certain action, such as loading data or switching screens?
Is it happening every time, or only once in a while?
If possible, record a short screen recording that shows the lag. That makes it much easier for support to see what is happening.
Quick Fixes
Try these steps first:
1. Force close the Terros app.
2. Reopen the app.
3. Check whether the same slowdown still happens.
If the app still feels slow, check your internet connection. A weak or unstable connection can make screens, lists, and map data take longer to load. If you can, switch to a stronger Wi-Fi network or move to an area with better cell service.
Update the App
Make sure you are using the latest version of Terros:
1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
2. Search for Terros.
3. Install any available update.
Using the latest version helps rule out issues that were already fixed in a newer release.
