New Features

How can my team close more deals with fewer knocks?

Instead of canvassing blindly, Canvass Pro allows reps to filter homes to identify low-hanging fruit and focus on the opportunities most likely to convert. With better visibility into which homes to target, reps can tailor their pitch more effectively and spend their time where it matters most.

Want to see how your pitch conversations are performing?

We’ve added a new Conversations view on the web app for teams with AI Skill Scoring enabled. This view lets you review AI-scored pitch recordings, listen to recorded pitches, see detailed score breakdowns with feedback for each rubric category, read full transcripts, and assign conversations to managers for review.

Feature Updates

Tired of adding 50 apartment units one by one?

The Import feature now handles multi-dwelling units (MDUs) seamlessly. Upload a CSV file with all the units in an apartment complex or commercial building, and the system creates every account in one shot. Perfect for bulk territory setup without the manual data entry headache.

Wishing you didn't have to manually clean up inactive users?

Admins can now enable Automatic User Archiving in Company Configuration on the web. Just set the number of inactive days, and the system will automatically archive users who haven't logged in, helping keep your roster accurate and up to date. Set it to 0 anytime to turn the feature off.

Experience Improvements

We’ve made updates to keep the platform faster, smoother, and easier to use. Here’s what we fixed this month.

  • Smarter leaderboard sorting – Leaderboards now use tiebreakers to rank users more accurately when performance metrics are identical

  • Better stats filtering – Added role filters to reports and fixed column toggle persistence, so your view settings stay put between sessions

  • Enhanced workflow tracking – Calendar events now integrate with workflows, and you can see available actions per stage at a glance
