Toolbox Overview (Mobile)

The Toolbox is your management hub for team oversight, performance tracking, and administrative tools—all in one place.

What is the Toolbox?

The Toolbox provides quick access to management features and personal tools. It adapts what you see based on your role, permissions, and whether you're viewing as yourself or as a team you manage.

Accessing the Toolbox

Location: Home Tab → Toolbox (third tab) The Toolbox appears as the rightmost tab in your home screen, alongside Tasks and Dashboard.

Available Tools

The tools you see depend on your role and current view context:

Personal View (Your Own Tools)

  • My Teams - List teams you manage or are a member of

  • Meeting Attendance - Track your meeting attendance

  • My Plans - View and manage your quarterly goals

  • My 1:1s - Your interview tracking and history

  • My Shadows - Shadow/training sessions you've completed

  • My Accounts - Accounts assigned to you

  • My Contacts - Contacts you're associated with

  • Skill Insights - Conversation management and feedback (if enabled)

Team Manager View (When Viewing a Team)

  • My Team - View team members and hierarchy

  • Meeting Attendance - Track team's meeting attendance

  • Team Quarterly Plan - Manage team goals and plans (requires plan:list permission)

  • Team 1:1s - View all team member interviews

  • Team Shadows - View all team shadow sessions

Switching Views

Use the "View As" selector to switch between:

  • Your personal view - See your own data and tools

  • Team view - See tools for teams you manage

The Toolbox automatically updates to show relevant tools for your selected view.

Permissions

Access to certain tools requires specific permissions:

  • Team Quarterly Plan - Requires plan:list permission for that team

  • Team management tools (1:1s, Shadows, Plans) - Only visible for teams you manage

  • Skill Insights - Only appears if conversation feature is enabled for your company

Features

My Teams

Displays two sections:

  • Managing - Teams where you're a manager

  • Member of - Teams where you're a member (but not managing)

Tap any team to view its details and hierarchy.

Meeting Attendance

Track attendance for meetings:

  • Personal view: Your own attendance record

  • Team view: Attendance for all team members

Quarterly Plans

Access quarterly goal planning:

  • Personal view: Your individual goals

  • Team view: Team-wide goals and planning (permission required)

1:1s & Shadows

Track coaching and training sessions:

  • Personal view: Your own sessions

  • Team view: All team member sessions

Accounts & Contacts

Quick access to your accounts and contacts without navigating through other menus.

Tips

  • The Toolbox only shows tools you have permission to use

  • Tools automatically hide if you don't meet requirements (no error messages)

  • Single-user accounts only see "My Accounts" and "My Contacts"

  • Switch views using the "View As" selector to access team management tools
