Accessing Meeting Attendance
From the Home tab, scroll down to the Toolbox section
Tap "Meeting Attendance"
For Managers (Team View)
When viewing as a team, you'll see two tabs:
Users Tab
Shows each team member's meeting attendance:
Member name and avatar
Attendance count and percentage
Visual indicator of attendance status
The list is sorted to show members with lower attendance at the top so you can quickly identify who needs follow-up.
Calendar Tab
Shows a calendar view of team attendance:
Team Meeting Attendance Calendar - Visual calendar showing days with meetings and attendance
Meeting Schedule - Your team's configured meeting times
Your Attendance - If you're a member of the team, shows your personal attendance record
For Reps (Personal View)
When viewing your own attendance:
Calendar showing your meeting attendance history
Green checkmarks indicate days you attended
Filter by team if you belong to multiple teams
Filtering Options
Date Range
Default shows the current quarter
Change to view different time periods (This Week, This Month, Last Quarter, etc.)
Team Filter (Personal View)
If you belong to multiple teams, select which team's meetings to view.
Refreshing Data
Pull down on the screen or tap the refresh button to reload the latest attendance data.
