Custom Fields, Upgraded
Custom fields just got a lot more powerful. You can now add help text and short labels so reps always know what a field is for, mark fields as required to keep your data clean, and attach files directly through a new attachment field type — agreements, photos, whatever you need tied to an account. Everything exports to CSV too, exactly where you'd expect it.
Setter-Closer Stats
See performance broken down by role. Setter-closer stats track KPIs across workflow stages with deduplicated totals so you can measure what your setters are handing off and what your closers are converting, separately and accurately.
Feature Updates
Workflows, Refined
We've been building on last month's Workflows launch. Undo now fully reverts all changes from the most recent action, not just the status color. Workflow actions can be triggered directly from widgets. And the last action is now visible right on the map in sales activity view and in the day calendar view, so your team always has context without digging.
Managers can also be scoped to only view and edit the Workflow assigned to their team, which is especially useful for multi-team and multi-dealer setups.
Closer Availability That Works at Every Level
Set default closer availability at the company level, override it per team, and let reps fine-tune their own. Each layer inherits from the one above until someone changes it, and admins can reset any user's settings instantly when something gets out of sync.
