Activity Trail gives managers and permitted users a searchable, day-level view of rep activity. You can quickly review every stop recorded on a selected date, scan the map and timeline, and drill down into individual activities to see how they connect to accounts, contacts, events, and rep history.

App Startup Questions make it simple to send lightweight, one-question check-ins when reps open the app. Managers can queue recurring or one-time questions, collect responses without blocking the rep's workflow, and easily review the results from the Management area.

We heard your feedback and built Workflow Pre-Actions to make repeated activity easier to capture. Every confirmed pre-action counts each time it happens, meaning knocks, pitches, and other repeat touches on the same account are tracked cleanly without losing historical context.

Area Management now gives managers a more complete way to work with solar and home service territories. Open any area to review its assignment state, filters, timeline, and job details, then instantly reassign, unassign, or rerun the assignment when territory boundaries shift.

The new deep-dive view adds pipeline metrics, coverage data, rep share, rep comparison, and activity trends, giving you a crystal-clear read on how each area is being worked.
