Help & Feedback Chat

The Help & Feedback chat is the fastest way to reach our team with questions about using Terros. You can send us a message, share screenshots or screen recordings, and our team will reply right in the chat.

On mobile:

  1. Open the Terros app.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Tap Help & Feedback to start a chat.

On web:

  1. Log in at app.terros.com.

  2. Click the help chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

Tip: Make sure you're logged in when you reach out, so we can see your account and help you faster. Learn more in How to Access Full Support in Terros.

When you report an issue, a screenshot or screen recording helps a lot:

Customer Payment Portal

Use the Customer Payment Portal to add or update the payment method on file for your subscription. Log in with the email address you gave us for billing.

If your team pays by direct invoice, the invoice link is sent to your billing email. You can share that link with another department if someone else handles payments.

Onboarding

Connect with your Account Manager for specifics related to your accounts onboarding.
For an overview of setup topics like teams, roles, permissions and workflows, see the Onboarding Guide.

How to Add a User

Admins can add users on the web app.

  1. Log in at app.terros.com and open [placeholder: exact menu path, e.g. Users].

  2. Create the user with an active email inbox.

  3. Assign the user's team and role.

  4. Save. The user will receive a welcome email with a temporary password.

Good to know:

  • If you just created a new email address for this person, wait about 10 minutes for it to become fully active before adding it in Terros, so the welcome email is delivered.

  • If the user already has an account but didn't get the invite, you can send a password-reset email from their user profile. They can also use Forgot Password on the login page.

  • Need more licenses? Reach out to your Account Manager and we'll help update your subscription.

Import CSV Format

To import accounts, go to app.terros.com and open Integrations → Imports. Your file should be a CSV with each field in its own column. For example, Street, City, State and Zip are four separate columns, not one.

Required columns:

  • Street

  • City

  • State

  • Zip

  • Stage/Action

Optional, but recommended:

  • Owner Name

  • Lead First Name

  • Lead Last Name

  • Phone Number and/or Email

  • Latitude

  • Longitude

  • Stage/Action Date

Before you upload:

  • Make sure the stage and action names in your file match the wording in your Terros workflow exactly.

  • Download the example file in the Import tab to compare your columns.

Uploading:

  1. Upload your CSV as an Account Import.

  2. Map your file's columns to the matching Terros fields.

  3. Start the import.

  4. When it finishes, download the error report to fix any rows that didn't import, then reimport those rows.
